Bishop James Mahoney Saints

Bedford Road is proud to welcome the Bishop James Mahoney Saints back to BRIT 2001. This is their 4th appearance at BRIT. The Saints bring experience, talent and spirit to the tournament. Last year, this team was Saskatoon's City Champions, as well as the 4A Provincial Champs. Coach Brian Carduner and his players hope to retain their title again this year.

This winning team includes 5 veteran players: Curtis Moneo; Brad Jamison; Kevin Langdon; Jamal Denny; and team captain Dan Reid. Reid is a member of the Provincial Juvenile Basketball Team, and was one of Saskatchewan's representatives at the prestigious Nike All-Canada Competition last October. Top scorers include Curtis Moneo, Dan Reid and Dave Sellers.

With up tempo, fast-break offenses and hard-nose pressure defense to wear down the opposition, the Saints are going to be a tough team to beat. We wish them the best of luck at the 33rd annual BRIT Classic.
